6) SMS Messaging (Opt-In & Opt-Out)
OPT-IN & OPT-OUT INSTRUCTIONS
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Volition Pro, which may include service updates, reminders, and promotional messages.
Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” to 385-375-7671. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.
Re-Join: If you want to join again, simply sign up as you did the first time and we will resume sending SMS messages.
Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for assistance, or contact us directly at GROWTH@VOLITIONPRO.COM or 385-375-7671.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to and from you. Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with the Services. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

7) Intellectual Property
All Site content and Services are owned by Volition Pro and protected by law.
8) User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us rights to process it to provide the Services.

The Services are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.
11) Limitation of Liability
Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid to us in the prior 3 months or $100, whichever is greater.
