04Google Calendar Sync

Users of the Volition Pro platform may choose to connect their Google Calendar. This connection is optional, and you can disconnect it at any time from your account settings or through your Google Account permissions.

If you choose to sync your Google Calendar, we use the connection only to:

• Read your existing calendar availability so that interviews and appointments are only scheduled during times you are actually free
• Block off dates and times on your calendar for interviews and appointments booked through the platform
• Create, update, or remove calendar events for those interviews and appointments as they are scheduled, rescheduled, or cancelled

Volition Pro’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
